I don't live in Canada, but I do live near the border, and I can tell you it is a much better place than the US. The culture is more intellectual and progressive, the people are friendly as fuck, and there is no such thing as crappy weed.
I wanted to move to Canada, but 60 Minutes killed my hope. They had a story saying there was a 2 year waiting list to get in, and this was several years ago, so I don't know if that is still accurate, perhaps someone else can shed some light..................
2 year waiting list?!?!?!?! WTF.
To add to my question...how is the film industry there? I wanna eventually get into the film industry but i need to make short films to practice. I live in new york right now so its real easy to get actors for my films. Are there a lot of actors in the big cities? I know Seth Rogen is from Canada but his first role was in Freaks and Geeks which is an American show.
We have a pretty good film industry here....lots of indie shit, and Vancouver where I live films A LOT if shit.
And yeah, long live Canada!
Just move to upstate N.Y. You'll find your Canada, somewhere.
And besides, legislators are backing medical marijuana.
Vancouver. :pimp:
I have a sumer house in upstate but the whole is to distance myself from America before it becomes full blown 1984. And i'm used to living in New York so my only real options would be moving to a big city.
But this all might change. If Ron Paul becomes president then things will probably change and i wont have to panic. If just wish Ron Paul would change his opinions on abortion and immigration.
canada is amazing. been to vancouver, toronto, niagara falls, yeahhhh i love that place... peace to our brothers and sisters to the north
i personally think canada is a pretty chillin place. good weed, and the police are slack as hell.
