Don't know what to do about my friend Ronnie...

We've been good friends since grade 8. We've always done stuff together. But now we're older, I smoke weed, and he doesn't. That's not enough tough, the thing is, you see, is that there's less for me and him to do together then for me and my other non-pot smoking friends. I need to either be smoking weed or be in a lively environment with a lot of people. With him I can't have either, because he doesn't smoke (and I don't think he would, when I asked him why he thought MJ was illegal his answer was "because it changes your perception"), and he doesn't wanna go anywhere and there's nobody that we could get together with.

Yea, I hate to do this to him. I really wanna be with him more often but every time I think about it I can't help but think about how boring it's probably gonna be.

well i can say this at least you seem to give a shit that you and your friend have drifted apart over the years
it happens ,people change in lil ways and some stay exactlythe same in other ways

i dont see a problem with yaw hanging out even if he dont smoke unless he's is like a party pooper and complains about the smell or how much you toke,?
why cant ya still do things you did,you buzzing him not
or maybe its just you both have so different types of friends, that wont work out?

dude, i have the same exact problem. my best friend has been my best friend since 2nd grade. since 2nd grade, up to when i started smoking, we did everything together and we both had lots of fun. now doing the things we used to do sober bores me, and so hanging out with him is boring. he is very against any drugs, so we constantly argue about that lately. i just dont know how much longer until he says something like "its either me, or weed, if you keep smoking weed i wont be your friend anymore" cuz its been building up to that now for a while. shit, isnt life a bitch sometimes? peace.

a true freind will be your freind regardless of what you do,say or smoke. they might not hang out with you but, a real freind will be there when you need them. if not they are not your freind. peace.

Ya dude... I think we all of one friend like that. I have a friend that is againast any subtance. He basically gives respect and credance to all who claim authority. All he wants to do is chill back at his place and play video games, which is cool you know but thats ALL HE EVER DOES!. Like tonight I am going to a party in an hour or so. I invited him and was like Parties are gay and blah blah blah

Yea, I've had a friend since the second grade, been through pretty well everything even though we're both 17. About 4 years ago I got him high and ever since then our friendship has strengthened. We smoke together just about all the time... Well, "That's all folks!" Safe smokin'.

when i chill with my friends they prefer alcohol to smokin but its all gravy coz i jus blaze it up and they drink and its always fun. show your friend this site and all the facts about weed try and get him to try it or just subtly blow hits towards his direction so the second hand smoke gets him high lol. does he drink coz like every1 i know drinks. just get him to drink while u blaze.
