will they call you if you pass a piss test or only if you fail?

WHO? who is calling you? be more specific how do you expect people to help you.

people that do the drug testing of the urine... i got poped for a randum test on friday, i drank the drink in the morning and a shit load of water and took a multi vitimin.. i pissed about 16 times that where clear and the one time in the cup was yellow form the vitimins..

they called me today and said that the doc had a few questions for me.. i called them back, but looks like it is going to be a game of phone tag.

You are supposed to pass your drug test so don't expect a ticker tape parade. It takes about 3-5 business days to get results so if you pass you will hear back from the employer you're cleared for landing. If you fail you will usually hear from the MRO who is a M.D. who reviews test results and checks to make sure all procedures were followed.

Edit: You posted while I was writing. 95% chance you either have a dilute negative or you are positive for something if they are calling you.

It was an Indian doctor who told me I tested positive for THC and that they would be sending the results to my employer in a few days. I quickly walked into the HR office and asked how they handled it - she said they would fire me when they received the notice. I resigned on the spot to avoid getting canned for "failing a drug test."

My next step was to approach my boss who was actually quite cool about it and bitched about drug tests.He then told me to feel free to write his name down for my next job and he would not say a thing.

my company will send me to rehab or some shit like that.. but i dont feel my job is worth it, i feel you should be allowed to smoke weed when you remove asbestos, plus i have never signed anything that says that i know that the company does any randum testing.

Regardless, HR will notify you of your results regardless.

Regardless if your feelings aside, a company can implement random drug testing at anytime without notifying employees. Like 95% of companies, you are a "at-will" employee. You can leave at anytime, and they can terminate you at anytime.

The fact they would put you in a rehab program instead of outright firing you is a blessing. Take it for granted.
