well if its a vegging plant then i reckon it shouldnt,
but if it eats some proper peng buds, then i reckon it should :S
i dont know if they get high, but all animals seem to like mj plants or leaves. the rabbit, parrot,ducks,dogs, cats and iguanna have all eaten the plant when it was offered. draw your own conclusions. and they seemed to enjoy it.
