need some help

alright, so my neighbors, who just happen to be illegal immigrants, were lighting fireworks off tonight, and it is illegal in my state, so my dad calls the cops. so the cop comes and finds out that they are hiding something. well the kid that lives there is on my bus and heard me talking about smokin up. i am afraid that since we called the cops on them, when they get arrested and deported, the only legal one will tell the cops about me and my stuff. what should i do with my stuff incase this happens?

Dude it's pot, we aren't talking about crack here. Nobody, including cops, care about personal stashes of weed. But I would give some to your dad if he is calling cops on people lighting off fireworks, Mexicans always have the best shit so thank your dad for ruining your 4th of July.

now dude they are throwing them in my yard burnin shit up and it was late and i had to get up to work the nex tday. but it isnt a personal stash i had a couple plants. but i transplanted them outside :D

the title of this thread cracked me up because once in high school i was in my room getting real high and my brother ran passed my room and yelled at me "need some help roight" in some goofy accent because he broke the above ground pool

I doubt the cops would do anything even if he did snitch. It's just pot.

I can see it now, as the officer leads away the kids parents he will be yelling at the cops,
"hey the neighbor is growing pot!"

and the cops will reply,
"Shut up or we will deport you too."

That was kind of fucked up that your dad called the cops, tearing that family apart, but hey they are mexicans, they don't deserve to live here, right?

You have nothing to fear. The only way a cop can legally search your room is either by you giving them permission, or them having a search warrant.

Do not give them permission.

Second, trust me, a police officer hearing from a kid under 18 years of age saying his neighbor has pot stuff in his room, isn't going to bother with even asking a judge for a warrant. It's hear-say, andc the paperwork would be loads, and no cop or judge is going to bother searching a kids room because another kid said they had this and that.

For personal amounts, they won't bother.
