Changing daylight hours for flowering plants?
Has anyone successfully switched daylight hours 180 degrees? I currently have lights on during day (6AM-6PM). There are 2 primary reasons I wish to change daytime for the plants to (6PM-6AM)
1. My work hours have changed
2. Excessive heat

I've done it after a power outage with no ill effects... simply skipped an entire 'day'.
Never lengthen daylight hours. If you plan to do this, give an extended NIGHT instead.
Making lights on come at night is a very smart move in areas of excessive heat.

should work out just fine, have a friend who just lost his power for two weeks (yes, two weeks) and his product ended up just fine. sometimes these plants just refuse to die... other times they are bitchy little gals.
