Robbed by police. kinda.

Drinking at a friends apt. with one other guy and 3 girls. Music at normal level. Cops come knockin (claiming noise violation, they never identified themselves or said anything, just loud knocking. I didn't find out that was why they were there till later) . We don't answer due to all the illegal shit in the apt. and the inevitability of them barging in past whatever non-consent phrases we throw at them.

Cops knock for at least 40 minutes, we chill and plan to wait it out until they fuck off, due to this happening before to my friend and them just leaving after a while.

Cops get in the house somehow, they tell us we left the back door unlocked, turns out they fucking broke the lock on the back sliding door(got pictures).

Cops sit us down(there was 6 people there and 6 cops showed up ROFL) and at first want to know about all the alcohol and shit because were all underage. 17-18. anyway the girls hada call their parents cuz they were all under 18 and they got picked up. Oh yeah, the cops said we were having a loud crazy party bahaha. I'm so happy I had just started drinking only had like 4 beers and wasn't fucking wasted yet, because these were honestly some of the dumbest cops i've ever been in contact with, and shit talking would have definitely ensued had me and (even more so) my other friend been wasted. I blew into their breathalyzer to see if i could drive home, 0.024 and they go 'Nope, you're still way too drunk to drive' haha... okay.. wayyyyyyy too drunk.....

Cops still there. weed my buddy had just grown(Northern Lights x m39 & bagseed) was curing in a jar on the table and the biggest looking loser of a cop ive ever seen picks it up and is like where do yall get your weed, we were like at concerts, then he sais all sarcastically 'yeah thats real safe no way they coulda laced it or anything' again, ROFL. He asked us if our sugar containers was Cocaine ahhhhhhaha since cocaine is all shiny and shit now adays......

Cops end up taking the half ounce of headfunks, and looking around a little and snagging my friends SOUR bong we had just gotten($300+) while on vacation. So they walk out loaded. They don't charge any of us with anything, no drinking tickets, no possesion of marijuana or paraphanalia, NOTHING.

They just busted in illegally and got the underage people picked up by their parents, then stole our pot and fucking bong and charged noone with anything. My friend is talking to his lawyer to see if any legal action can be taken. Can he still be charged with the pot they found anyone know after the fact?

anyways, this midget bitch takes out the bong, faggot dickhead takes the jar, and they peace.

I kinda feel like they didn't charge anyone because they knew they had just done something mildly illegal breaking in like that. Because noone ever, EVER, gets out of alcohol shit around here, not to mention pot, fucking cops are goin crazy past few years.

you should have asked for their badge numbers. You're friend should be able to make them pay for the lock on the door, and get those cops some type of infraction.

No offense but it was pretty stupid to leave a big jar of weed on the table if you knew there were cops banging on the door. I understand thinking that they couldn't get in but still it woulda taken five seconds...

the reason the jar wasn't hidden was because it was under a hat on the table and we turned lights off and put away the bong and just didn't touch the pot assuming there was no way the cops were getting in in the first place(shoulda grabbed it in hindsight though, shouldn't have rushed) to check under a hat, for a jar of pot. like a jelly mason jar, not a big ol jar like someone said. wasn't a whole lot of the pot left to finish curing, haa.
