First cabinet grow (c22, medical)....checklist?

Never done this cabinet thing before so I wanna make sure I have everything to avoid surprises/delays once underway. HD no longer carries the c22 but they now carry ClosetMaid which looks identical in every way to the prior c22s (72"h x 48"w x 20.5" d).

Here's what's on tap, please let me know if I'm missing anything??:

-1000W or 600W HPS w/air cooled hood (prolly gonna use the 600).
-Vortex 737cfm inline 8" fan, only fan I'll need (it'll cool the light and evacuate the air).
-foam weatherstripping for light-proofing doors.
-homemade 3ft cylindrical carbon can filter (too big??).
-ducting (8" and 6").
-Waterfarms (~4 buckets)

Where do you guys put the resevoir (in or out of the cabinet)?
