white spots..

I have 2 plants that are getting these little white spots and I dont know what its from can anyone help me out?

You have thrips.
You also have too-wet soil and not a big enough pot.
Repot into a 2-3 gallon pot and use more perlite in the mix.
For the thrips, an insecticide listed for fruit and vegetables, containing pyrethrin, will be great.
Other than that the plant looks reasonably healthy. That droop is a result of being potbound and you not being able to gauge watering correctly as a result- give it more room and that should disappear. You are starting to see some scorch on the lower leaves but repotting is REALLY going to help the lil munchkin.
