Might be a good idea to limit the number of smileys you can have at once in live chat.

Are smileys really being used that much in the chat? Occasionally I see someone overdoit, but most of the time folks seem to limit themselves to one or two smileys at a time.

Anyways, I'll see if there's a limit we can set...such as limiting it to no more than 5 at once, etc.
