First grow......suggestions anyone

I got 4 lil babies in 5x7" planting pots, my plants are all about 4 inches high with a top spread of 3x2" for the entire leave area. They look healthy and are in garden soil, I spray water them till the top soil is nice and damp 2 times a day. I Have them inside most of the time under light but dont have a fan, so I move them outside every other day all day to get wind and natural sun. They are about 3 weeks old and I think they are growing very slow. Oh and they were brick seeds so I think they have the long growing life. I can smell them already when I move close. Im on a buget and really cant afford to spend little money on them. I plan on transplating them to bigger pots when there bigger. I live in wisconsin so the weather gets really nasty and I know im going to have to keep them indoors this winter, I just hope they get big enouf to withstand my shitty living conditions for them. any suggestions? ~thx

Well, if they were brickseeds, then they were most likely heavy on the Sativa side and yes, they will take longer for flowering. But you really do need to get some sort of fan in with them to help with fresh air circulation. What kind of light are you using? If they are only 4 inches high at 3 weeks, that could be a problem. How many sets of leaves do they have. Pictures would be great here..

I dont have a camera and I dont wanna post pictures on here. They are taking a long time to grow, not sure why could be several reasons but w/e. I think they will make it if I keep them in good shape, they look good. There is the main set of leaves and in the middle a new set is starting to come up. And down the stem two little pedals are chilln there. 3 inches across from long leaf to long leaf, and 2 inches from end to end on the side leaves. Is there any cheap way to get them to speed up? Buying carbon and nitrogen machines are outta the question. Im using 190 wats of floorescent lighting hangin a couple inches above the plants. I keep them in at night and bring them out side during the day. I know this is ghetto and a pain in the ass but its what I got. Also whats the minimum of wats I can use? thx

What sort of temps have you been having? Colder temperatures will slow a plants growth way down.

Don't worry so much about the watts, but more about how many lumens your lights put out.

how many lumens would be minimum working with 4 plants?

My babies are dying! WTF I left them out over night one night and there dead...I FUCKING HATE COLD ASS WISCONSIN!
