going to an interview thing at a restaurant soon

i've spent a few years working for grocery stores. and quite frankly, i hate it. my first job, i had some serving experience for a small chinese place, and it wasn't too bad. i'd like to try it again. i have an interview soon(5:30), and i hope it goes well.

Ussually when a restaurant accepts you for an interview, they pretty much hire you.. I've been cooking forever, lol. They always take back returning employees too (if you're cooking, anyway)
