LOL that's it? I do about 50 reps of Dumb bells for my arms a day and like 3 sets of those.. so thats like 150 plus 50 pushups in 2 sets so its 100 and 100 sit ups... I'm not lazy man :/

lol I only started a week ago. but have noticed a big change in my biceps then when I didnt work out... and thats not alot.. the dumbbells are only 20 pounds :/ I wish I was huge... and the only reason im doing that much this early cus I heard the skinnier you are the more you have to shock your muscles.. and man they hurt >.<
