Record getting cleaned

so the other night me and my buddies were drinkin and this dude prank calls my friend and starts talkin shit...
my buddy starts talkin shit back and they are tryin to set up a place to fight, well me and this one dude are tellin him how stupid it is to fight for no reason especially when its startng with a prank call (cuz we dont know how big this dude is, or if he rolls strapped and shit) but anyway the one that was talkin to him was all fuck it im not even 18 yet, im only 17, so if the cops come nothing will happe and all this shit, he was acting like he was invincible and it was pissin me off bad.......

i told him that didnt matter cuz if he got arrested then its gonna be there for the rest of your life, my bro got arrested when i think he was 17 (i could be wrong) but this summer he was applying for a job at a stock brokerage or somethin and they almost didnt hire him because he had been arrested before....

so my question is when you turn 18, does your record get clean?? or are there certain laws in different states and shit?? or does it matter what you got arrested for??

im glad we didnt get into a fight because if cops came i woulda been fucked over bad!!

Records being cleaned are at the soul discretion of the trial judge
