User Name Restrictions: only characters a-z, 0-9, space, and period are permitted in user names.
Some non-conforming user names were recently changed (emails were sent out to all affected) - if your login doesn't work, please remember to remove restricted characters, such as "_", "-", etc from your user name and retry.
