Good high? or shitty high?

does this sound like a high off some good bud or dirt? I cant tell its all ive ever known

-most the time im aggresive as fuck
-Time changes throughout the high seeming either extremely fast or extremely slow
-Pain is either not as bad or non existent during the peak
-every thought that comes to my mind MUST be verbalized
-While by myself i talk to myself
-Everything is either hallarious or atleast pretty funny.
-I sometimes get paranoid
-not usually chill, I usually have to be doing something
-dumb games or activities are extremely fun
-I forget most everything after 10 minutes of it happening

Thats if I smoke Half a gram-a gram myself

...Sounds like a high you experience personally. Everyone is different. Honestly we can't judge what quality of weed you were smoking by what you just told us.
