well here's what a Christian will say: Everything god made does have a purpose. Hemp is used for rope and the other drugs are used for their original purposes. Sex was made for making children and so on, and so on, and so on.

I tried this on a Christian and that's the scripted answer they spit out at me.

Then I asked if it could have more than one purpose.

i was smoking with some people at a church park and one kid said "man we cant smoke here well go to hell!" we feed him some knowledge and he calmed down. God put this here for me and you take advantage man take advantage - Friday.

then ask "well he knows everything, if he knew in advance we'd smoke it and didn't want us to, why would he give it such properties... does your 'god' just set us up for failure on purpose or is he not all knowing?"

God created poppy too. What would its use be? Opiates or poppy seeds for bagels?

well...every time Someone says smoking pot isn't a sin..I just laugh at them..I'm not religious... but you treat your body as the temple of god.. smoking hurts your lungs..I don't care what your smoking..it hurts your lungs...and that is disgracing the temple of god...so thats why god gave us vaporizers...

smoking is a sin.. vaping isn't...lol

but getting high off buds isn't sinful...as long as you eat it or vap it or w/e

He just pulls that "god gave us free will crap" When I say that. Also if i tell him how not everything has a purpose he just tells me that the purpose hasn't been discovered yet, it's a lost cause.

I would imagine that God created MJ to be used as a medicine that would be ingested...all people would eat it in their foods and the world would be peaceful:hippy:
