Next will lowryder plants stink up my room? if i grow around 20?

Most importantly i wana know if 20 plants will stink up my room. If it does i can get a filter? thats like a plug in? please help
I heard somewhere they arent clonable cause it may not work cause theres no veg, but Im not sure, youd be best off leaving a male and female in a room to get jiggy and use those seeds for the next gneration.
I hear its quite a skunky smell,so odour control would be good I think, apparenly they work good with HIDS
