Ok so i gotta take a urine test tommorow at like 4 i havent smoked since tuesday my system usually cleans out really fast im 6" 140lbs i smoke like maybe at the most twice a week and i cannot use the substitution method cause they watch me and i dont know bout dilution cause they check my creatine levels so what can i do any help is wanted thanks

I just passed my UA & I smoke every day. Only stopped for one.
Drink TONS of water. Drink at LEAST 64oz on the 2 hours before your test, but try for more. You want to be pissing every 10 minutes almost. Buy a creatine supplement (phosphagen 10.99) & some certo (fruit pection 3.99). Take a couple aspirins 4 hours before your test & thats it. Works every time, over & over. Weight is right, creatine is right, & clean of any THC. Drink at LEAST 64oz on the 2 hours before your test.
