When I smoke????????

Now on when I smoke and I am high I feel paranoid, like I'm worry about getting caught, and I hear things sometimes like people talking and trying to find someone like there near me and trying to find me, but really no one is there, what is this? And lately when I get high, (its hard to explain) I feel dizzy, and if I just sit there my muscles feel relaxed, like I'm in something holding me in one position and I'm perfectly still, and I'm relaxed and just want to constantly stay like that, and if I look at something for a couple seconds my eyes lock in on it, and noises I hear, like a bird or something are much more vivid, is this as high as you can get, because I smoke a good amount out of a bong.

you just have to learn to get used to it and just pretend its normal and its supposed to happen lol

To avoid paranoia I need to be in an environment with hardly any people except fellow tokers. Also I notice that if I'm with other people I pretty much never get paranoid, when I'm alone I tend to make shit up and start worrying.
