My friend showed me this thing he calls "the perfect hit"
take about a 3/4 full lungfull of smoke and the rest air.
Then hold it in until your Chest starts to tighten.
exhale slowly
before breathing, take another 3/4 hit and the rest air.
Hold until your chest starts to tighten.
exhale
repeat once again if possible, I usually can't but it is possible.
And yes I know most of the feeling prolly comes from loss of brain cells.
