Any ideas on how to fix this problem? i'm growing outside in a grassy area and i dunno what to do about the bugs, and should i transplant the big one anytime soon? and can someone tell me if i can sex yet? oh and the pics are kinda blury cuz of the 2.1 megapixel,but you can still see the damage done by the bugs.
well, i wouldn't worry too much about the bugs. they should be fine as they get older. i would transplant them into the ground though.
as for the sex, just wait until aug.
hmm,it's time to transplant but i don't have any potting soil, that's just dirt in those buckets, this is a bargain grown,lmao, i didn't spend any money i just put some seeds in dirt and they're growin like crazy now, if it's important to put potting soil in the ground first i might have to wait a little, anyu advice on that?
i would just plant them in the ground if the soil in your area isn't too bad. if you are growing them in ground dirt now i would keep it that way...they seem healthy.
i get great results in normal dirt with very little cost or effort. you could get a soil tester to check the ph and ferts in the dirt to see what you need to add if anything.
where do you get a soil tester at? can you give me tips on how to transplant?

i have the Rapitest Electronic Soil Tester for 37.99; it's great. sooo much better than the kits.
as for transplanting...dig a hole, turn the pot up side down in your hand, knock out the soil like your making a sand castle, put plant in hole, cover with dirt, water.
By the way add PERLITE to your soil if you are going to be transplanting soon. Perlite increases drainage (MJ likes it dry) and it also will force your plants to become larger as the larger the root system becomes, the larger the plant is then able to grow.
Transplant either have the soil very wet or very dry, basically to the extent that the soil won't leave the root ball.

yeah but that wasn't the only question i had because i needed to know the information about transplanting them and stuff. would it be ok if i just put them in 5 gallon buckets? like the ones cement is put into? i have 2 of them ready because i like the convenience of being able to move them around...and where can i buy perlite?
5 gallons is fine, perlite is like 3$ at like a walmart
