Help me out people, What movie is this??? any AussieS?

Ok i just remembered a movie i used to ALLLWAYs watch when i was a kid.

The main character was this red haired Austrailian guy, and he would brew Ice-Tea...i was real little so i cant remember details but i know this character was in other Austrailian type movies and he was funny.

He reminds me of carrot top kinda but its not him. SO anyone can help me and tell me what movie it is? I want to see it again
