i love this band, and listen to them all of the time when i am burning down, share your thoughts on them. fav song? fav album? why you like them?

I thought that was just the name of the lead singer guy, I didn't realize it was the band's name. Anyway, I think he or they are awesome! I love it! ;)

Is that the jewish dude? I got live at the Stubbs and some other CD. The stubbs one was pretty good, but I dont listen regularly.

Matisyahu is the stage name of Matthew Paul Miller, not the name of the band.

He's fantastic, and I was lucky enough to see him in NYC at a really small space last fall.

i love him....king without a crown is my favourite song........and jerusalem...his music makes me feel things in my soul...maybe it is the jewish connection, i dont know..but he just moves me deep inside....."youre like water for my soul when it gets thirsty"...

thanks for letting me know its just that guy's name, i have a remix of jerusalem and it's almost like a chopped and screwed version of the song, it's pretty amazing when you baked, but i like pretty much everything by him.

I really like his style...blends a few different genres into his own unique sound. Very lyrical as well. "King Without A Crown" is great...another favorite of mine is "Close My Eyes"...he actually starts rapping like 4 minutes into the song...flows nicely.

jerusalem, if i forget you............yea, i like that one. i might be goin to see them and 311 next month. "keep my feet in the ground, keep my head in the clouds". matisyahu is def. different. hasidic reggae ftw!
