I'm studying about sparta right now and I don't really feel like getting too off topic and do a bunch of research on it now, so I decided to ask a bunch of stoners. I got on the topic by thinking about Iraq, and then the first gulf war and then I remembered that a graphite bomb was used to disable 70 percent of Iraq's power supply (or maybe I just dreamed that up?)
