I am not sure on the tolerance part but yes it does take u alot less to trip your first time just as everything else (well if its good nugg).
well for shrooms it would be REALLY fast, you build a tolerence immediatly. For most people if you dose one day then dose again the next day the second time you would have to take double what you took the first time. Im not sure how fast the tollerance for Lucy builds but there is a cross tolerence. For example if you dosed on shrooms one day then did Lucy the next it wouldnt be nearly as good if you waited like a week.
Yup tolerance is pretty immediate. But I found that after tripping many times it takes a little less to trip but only because I've learned to be more aware of my body and control the flow of the trip.
