Why Does My MJ Plant Look Like Arugula?
I got this clone on April 28 from a local MMJ co-op. The clone just sat for about three weeks and then started to grow - so all of the growth you see has been within the last week.
As the plant sat idling those three weeks, the fan leaves slowly yellowed and when I removed them I noticed there were trichomes on the plant. I would assume that means it was cloned when the mother was in full bloom.
The plant grew a few normal looking MJ leaves at first, with trichs on the new growth. Then 3 - 4 days ago it started with this new, totally un-mj like growth.
Is this a normal metamorphisis for the plant to go through when it returns to vegging from flowering?
Nota Bene: The purple in the stems is due to a pH imbalance that is being corrected. This plant, like all the others, is slowly but progressively improving.

Ya, the leaves are like that because it was in a flowering cycle (12/12) and now you got it under 24/0. It will continue to grow the same type leaves for a few weeks then it will change up. The yellowing is probly a low N, while in veg cycle it needs more N. . .
If i were you i would let it gow untill i can cut another clone and focus on the fresh start. I hate revegging, snd I am always nervous of Hermes. . .

Thanks, Venice, I've never seen a plant reveg before and, jeez, the poor girl looks like something out of an fx movie, undergoing an agonizing metamorphisis.
I like your idea of taking a clone from this plant and starting fresh. I was actually planning on vegging this plant for awhile and taking a few clones from her. One clone - ten clones - Does it really matter?
