Question about blood/THC level

I know that if you have a drug test you can drink lots of water to get the THC out of your system faster, but my question is can doing the same increase the rate at which your tolerance goes down from not smoking? I have exams this week and Ive been not smoking 1: because hopefully clearing my mind a bit might help me do better, and 2: I dont have any bud or money. Also, you know how when you are a regular smoker (once a day at least) you have this sort of "perma-fried" feeling, like your a little bit high all the time. Would drinking lots of water make me get back to "normal" faster than just not smoking would?

I'd say it wouldn't affect it - I reckon my tolerance goes down if I quit for 2 or 3 days, but it takes weeks for it to get out of the bloodstream. I reckon tolerance is probably more due to the actual amount of THC floating around the synaptic gaps & getting taken up by receptors. And I think that's a matter of days & isn't affected by your hydrostatic balance.

i think it does. i used to smoke lik every day and i quit so i could join the military. well i quit for only three days and then i smoked again. i only took one hit and i was faded. see your body gets used to the pattern of smoking all the time and then it gets better at cleansing your system. if you stop smoking for a while, and yes drink water, your body then takes on that new pattern of not smoking anymore so then it then becomes not used to you smoking so when you do smoke again after a while your body doesnt see it comming so your high will be awesome and will last longer

Ur weed tolerance level will go down a bit, but it will go back up if u start smokin more often. Drinkin lots of water will help, but add lemon to the water. U'll piss it all away. I smoke about 3 or more times a day, but when I first started smokin everyday...yeah I felt burnt out, but only in the morning. It goes away after u been smokin a while. I'm startin to build a major tolerance for weed. I makes me nervous, cuz I don't wanna get into harder shit. I can't quit cuz I'll feen badly. U should be back to almost 100% if u drink lemon water all day for about a week and lay off the pot.

Actually, in my experience so far, one of the better ways to bring down the body's tolerance, is to drink really strong green tea [Madura Green Tea With Paw Paw leaf is what I do reccommend] that has been brewed for at least two hours in a electronic travel mug [the kind Jaycar sells], or preferably all night at a constant temperature. Then when you do hit the marijuana leaf at last, you'll get so blazed you'll have trouble focusing your eyeballs, let alone move to masturbate. ;) :D
True, if you drink enough tea bags [four, five or so... :D ] in a day, you'll get stoned on it, but it's NOT the same as marijuana... distinctly less pleasant.
Drink enough tea of this kind for at least a week, and you'll feel peppier and find yourself walking a lot faster, automatically with less effort. Keep it up long enough, and you may get a sensation of your body feeling like it's a shirt several sizes too tight. Then when that happens, you'll get an appetite like a teenager and put on a noticeable growth spurt... particularly if you've been making an effort to be healthy in your diet, etc, etc.
IMHO, marijuana is one of those recreational drugs that ACTUALLY requires you to keep your body as healthy as possible - it's worth the effort, as the reward is that one needs much less work to get reeeeaaaalllyy HIGH as a result, with less valuable leaf or bud used. :cool:

Green Tea = Urine

Tholiak, Green Tea = NOT(Pee) [Boolean Logic, mmm?] It depends on what kind of green tea you may be drinking.
Now I admit that reeeaaallyy cheap [hands up, those who hate Lipton tea!] teas are, on the whole, horrible to drink and have little desirable effects on the body besides causing one to run to the tiolet to pee 500 litres of urine every half an hour.
But I am talking about good tea here.
Anyhow, from my experience, if you want to enjoy good strong geen tea [Madura Green Tea With Paw Paw Leaf, obtainable from supermarkets such as Woolworths], you brew it in a good travel mug with preferably no milk, at 71 degree Celsius to start with. Then when you're ready to drink it, turn the temperature down to say, 64 degree Celsius. You could sugar it, I suppose... I haven't tried that myself.

Anyway, be aware that the mug takes 12v 1.5 amps [as measured on my workbench] when heating, idles at 100ma, and requires a male banana plug with positive tip. Be careful to get the wiring right - you want to enjoy a strong pot tea, don't you?
It works just great for brewing marijuana tea, with goat-milk [recommended, works better than cow's milk - different distribution of fats in it, I conjecture], tho' after around two hours brewing time, the milk tends to go cheesy. Without milk, brewing of marijuana tea can run all night and becomes wonderfully strong by time you wake up [late]. Just make sure that you keep the mug really clean, in general.
I don't know if the attachments I've just done, work here, but they should show the pics of the travel mug and the recommended power-supply. I do recommend the mug - very reliable... wore out mine first one in just six months, and am now using the second one right now.

Oh yes.. I forgot to say that I don't recommend the Dick Smith version of the electronic travel mug - the handle on the Dick Smith version is thinner, smaller, too close to the body and rather uncomfortable to hold. Jaycar version is a positive pleasure to hold by comparsion, and seems distinctly more rugged, on the whole.
And that the travel mugs in question are designed to be used in cars, running off the cigarette lighter socket, so you can brew your marijuana tea, while you're "hotboxing" the car till there's opaque cream fog inside, at same time.... :D
