After the receptor is engaged, multiple intracellular signal transduction pathways are activated.

The affinity of an individual cannabinoid to each receptor determines the effect of that cannabinoid. Cannabinoids that bind more selectively to certain receptors are more desirable for medical usage."

Isn't this amazing! Everyone has a Cannabinoid receptor that can only be activated by Cannabis..Meaning Cannabis is linked between Man and Plant.. Put there by a power greater than are own or just a fasinating development in man's evolution.

Just excellent, And to think the United States has banned a plant that is linked to mankind...Implanted there in us too,
