what do i do?!?

i friend told me a week ago that his job is looking for someone to hire,
he told them about me and then he told me that he gave them my name
i didn't think much of it cause i never thought i would actually get a call.
well i had just got done smoking a lil joint and i get a call saying, would u come in for the interview tomorrow at 10:30. i need help
i smoked, Saturday night (5/19) and Sunday night (5/20) and then i smoked today around 3p.m(5/23) i drank a glass of milk and two bottles so far and i dont plan to stop drinking water either, i plan on getting that drink that gets rid of it before i take the test. does anyone have any advice on what to do,

Yup! Substitution is the only safe way. Save yourself the worry about just go for it. You'll feel much more confident in the end. I had a real donor specimen from a clean friend, and I'm not sure exactly how legit those synthetic urines are. Heard good things about Quick Fix 4.0. But hey, whatever works for you -- just keep toking and find away to beat the system that is determined to play watch dog over the personal practices of others.

i dont fully understand how to use substitution;

i get a clean friend to piss in a shampoo bottle
hide it and when i go to pee in the cup, i poor it in the cup?

Also try doing a forum search for substitution and see if there are threads that will help. The more you know the better.

For me, I decided to get buy a clean container from the store that with a penis-size opening ( clean male donor ). It seemed logical to me to use this clean bottle to reduce the risk of cross-contamination by somthing like shampoo -- which if, btw, is BASIC in nature ( most cases ). This may ultimately interfere with the testing of your sample. Maybe that's just paranoia but it's how I rolled.
Also, instead of a container --which I had a very unfortunate and MESSY experience with a pressure-resistant nozzle -- try using a condom. They are easy to mold and designed not to break ( good thing, last thing we need is more crack babies = law enforcement ). Condoms are also thin enough that they transfer heat well from the body.
Try looking for non-lubed but if you couldn't find any ( like me ), just rinse it out with WATER only -- as soap is also BASIC in nature and may adulterate the pH of the samle.

TIP: Try using as few containers as possible to transfer your sample. The less surfaces the sample reaches, the decreased chances for contamination. Hey, there's ALOT to be said about peace of mind.

Still waiting on my results. Keep those fingers crossed and blunts rolled!

Sublime, different things work for different people. It is not fair to categorize your experiences and completely negate the experiences of others.
But why stress over something that frankly is that damn important?
If you substitute with a clean donor then you dont have to go thru the " will i? " , " won't i? " saga.
Water doesn't mean shit if you have 5 years of THC in your system. Yeah right! Just keep drinking water. You'll just end up drowing in FAILED test results.

if they ask you why your piss is basic, just tell them you're vegetarian. the reason most piss is acidic is because meat byproducts lower its pH.
