Popped by the DEA

So my buddy lives about 20minutes from me in San Diego. Yesterday, the DEA went to his house and confiscated his 21 plants.

The guy and his roommates constantly hotbox the house with blunts and he grows there too. Also there are 4 roommates so, theres a lot of traffic, innocent i might add. To the bitch of a neighbor must have been able to smell the weed in between the door openings and leaks in the house so i guess she called the police and they called the DEA.

They are trying to get him for intent to dist., 1000 feet of a school and some other shit. But the guy has a script, so hopefully its all for not.

FYI, San Diego is SUCKING guys.

as far as DEA is concerned, your friend can wipe his ass with his 'script', it is worthless paper - they will charge him with Federal laws, and with his friends sharing the weed, plus close to a school, he better figure on spending lots of $$$ on a lawyer - "if ya can't do the time, don't do the crime" - know ya heard that one before, and I'm not trying to be a smartass, but having a home or apartment with stoners coming and going is a quick trip to the joint (no, not that kind of joint) - good luck :smokin:

i know, he had a mediocre situation and now its worse....luckily its not me.

Politicians suck donkey dick!!! They leave almost our entire southern border totally unprotected, so that the drug cartels can bring semi's full of drugs into this country, but instead put their efforts into persecuting otherwise law-abiding Americans for 20 fucking plants.

have to agree with that you guys....lame is right.

I just did a research project on how fucked up the war on drugs is. theres so much lame shit they do, when there's so much REAL crime going on...my county's sheriff wont prosecute ANY property crimes because they are broke, but they still go after pot users.

With everything going on in the world you would think that some poor kid with 20 plants is very low priority. I can't even imagine a Federal judge wanting to hear such a waste of Federal resources in his court but you are right Dusto, this county is bad. I imagine he'll be offered probation if he is mostly clean otherwise.

I hear you bro... Ive been taking a pedestrian stance lately too, trying to be a bit more low key. On the other hand, if they saw pics of my pathetic little garden with all of two plants in it, they would probably just snicker anyways ;)
