Questions for a cabinet

I've been planning a 3' x 2'-6" x 6' stealth grow cabinet for a long time now, but I have some questions before I get started.

At first i was considering a 400w HPS light with batwing reflector. Seeing how my growspace is so small, I'm worried about heat. Assume temperatures around 75 degrees outside the cabinet.

Is it possible to use the 400w HPS lamp with enough ventilation?
If it is possible to use the HPS, what CFM fan will be adequate?
Is a 125 CFM computer fan enough?

Keep in mind this is a stealth cabinet, I can't have an in-line fan pumping air as loud as a muffler.

How can I keep powdery mildew from forming inside the cabinet?
Are there sulfur burners small enough to be used in the cabinet?

What can I do to reduce smell with limited space?
Maybe a small bucket with odor neutralizing solution and a fan on the top of the bucket (pointing air into the solution), or perhaps a small carbon filter?

If possible I want to add CO2 into the cabinet.
Whats the most efficient way to produce CO2 in such a sized cabinet?
Maybe a homemade solution like a bowl of yeast?

Sorry for so many questions, but I couldn't find anything through search.

In my opinion, and soley based on my own personal research, that 400 watter would more than likely overheat the cab.
And something I'm pretty sure of based on experience, a computer fan that's capable of pushing 100 CFM is going to be just as loud as anything else that can push that many CFM. I have a 120mm fan that's capable of about 90 CFM, but if I crank it up that high she starts to make a real mean whine that can deffinetly be heard outside my own cab.
And it's not what the fan is mounted to that makes the noise, in case your thinking about isolating the fan, it's just the way those fans are designed. The motor makes the noise.

dude had the same problem, heat is a B*&% and that 400watter will get to 120 deg in 30 min. Well it did mine

If the motor's the problem, what about multiple low CFM fans?

Few things, if you get a bat wing reflector you'll need without any question, a fan blowing up at it, the heat directly under the bulb will be what causes your 110+ degree problems not necessarily ambient temperatures of the overall grow room, althougth this is easily possible without any kind of intake or outake.

I reckon you have two options, you can setup a carbon filter inside the grow room at the top of it, and have an RVK pulling air from inside the room to outside the grow room, this won't alleviate heat problems AT ALL in my opinion, carbon filters don't really do much besides kill the smell and if your exhausting through one don't expect it to take care of the heat issues under your bulb, HPS are just too intense. Install a fan to blow at the bulb like I mentioned, this heat will rise to the top and be extracted through the carbon filter. The fan alone, given that its a good fan will knock you down 5-10degress if you position it well. Also even if you don't decide to have a carbon filter you will need somewhere the heat can excape through the top. Install a passive/active intake at the bottom, with pc fans above and below your plants canopy, given your space you will need to plan out as closely as you can roughly what height your plants will finish, you will need to LST, this is a must with that light.

Another option is scraping the bat wing idea and getting a cool tube, I've never used them, but they seem to work very well based on the fact that you WILL need an exhaust fan running, probaly at full power, throughout the whole photoperiod. You can also kill two birds with one stone and fix a carbon filter on the exhaust end, taking care of smell and heat in one swoop. Only one downside is the glass will reduce the light intensity by apporimately 10% but seeing as you can get it inches above the plants you'll probaly get more lumens overall. You've said stealth quite a few times, in which case the first option or anything that involves just a few pc fans/occilating fan is much less noisy than an RVK or extraction fan.
