Newb intro

Hi all, I've been perusing the site for a couple of weeks and finally got around to registering. I recently moved to the Southern U.S. and away from everyone that I know so it's drysville for me. I'm an old married man and, as such, I have no idea how to go about meeting people where I am who share the same "interests" so things aren't likely to change very soon :(. In the meantime, I'm going to keep reading and learning from this great site.
