is it male or female:

if that is grown in the window you are wasting your time, its very stretched and lacks the light it needs, there isnt even secondary growth yet on it, you will need to place if fully outside or get it into a better lighting situation quickly.

wrong. males have pollen sacks :thumbsup:

that is one stretched out mo fo, if you can get it outside when sunny and also tie some stick next to the stalk so it won't topple. If you can get it into moving air the stalk will strengthen and your plant wont topple over.
