fans and venting

If my closet Is. 5x3x2. And if I have a t 5 2'4 bulb that produces Apprx 7600 lumens from 1 ft away,and a couple of 32 watt cfls. the t 5. I can raise up and down very simple, In the closet and it has a small hood. What size fans do I need?? where do I place them?? then venting, any ideas?
