basic lighting help needed

hey all,
im going to start my first grow soon and i have most of my equipment ready. im growing in a closet most likely around 4x4ish (sry for the inaccurate description) and i plan on having 4 plants growing at once, seed to bud. in order to get a minimum of an o from each plant, what type of lighting/wattage would be needed? right now i have a 400watt hps and a 95watt cfl full spec. is that enough? suggestions? thanks alot guys, toke on

the 400 should be enough while it wont actually cover that large of an area would put in a corner and put up some mylar on the 2 wallls and have it cover about a 2 by 3 area.

400 will work if you can control the heat .
