weed lard?
I know many people are health conscious now a days and would never dare eat animal lard, but what if you were to throw some pork, or a lot of it, cook it until the fat seeps out, take the meat out of the grill, and throw in some chopped up weed while the meat oil is still a liquid, and once it turns into lard, you'd have weed lard you could cook with...
It's just an idea. I'd probably never do it. :D

Where do you get your cooking ideas... remember that BBC show Two Fat Ladies? I swear every dish they did was lard- based.
Personally, and this is going to repulse a few of you, but I actually believe that it is not possible to make a perfect pie crust with anything BUT lard. It's like the miracle fat. Can't beat it for flakiness (well, I can be pretty flaky sometimes... lol... but my apple pies are flakier!).
