Sexing outdoors

Hi guys. I usually sex by using a bag made simply from kitchen foil as this can easily be crimped around a low branch, and then take them on and off each day for as long as it takes. Also acts as a scare crow lol ,I have no problem telling the difference, But what I was wondering is will it still work if I leave the bag on and check it once every 2 or 3 days or will it damage that one branch, as its a hassel to visit twice a day.Or am I just a lazy B.
Thanks in anticipation

probably wouldnt leave a bag on a plant not sure why you would to begin with, most have a good idea of about what time of year they suspect their plants to start flowering and just visit there plants a couple of times a week till they are sure no males are around.
and while it may be a little more difficult you can usually tell sex by preflowers well before any plants start to flower but its still a good idea to visit atleast once a week at the start of flowering incase you have a hermie that may need to be removed.

I like to sex them early and then I dont wast time looking after males, and I can thin them down so only females are left and then they have more grow space
