Anyone here who grows in one form or another has usually ordered from a seed bank in their life.
How safe is this? I live in the great white north, and theres a hemp shop in my town that also has a seed bank. I am very, very leary of actually going in there to make a purchase, as the legality of it is very confusing.
Why is it legal to sell, and what are the risks of buying?
they can sell everything except weed and spice (im not positive) but seeds for everything are legal, maybe even weed seeds arent illegal. i actually dont know cause i just ripped 3 gb's
Unless you're ordering from a site no one's heard of before you should be o.k. lol.
But lets say that in a worst case scenario, a cop caught me buying the seeds. What would happen?
Wait a cop catches you at home online looking at seed banks and he sees you process an order? Yea mate you get everything in a black envelope and its all safe secure. If a cop ever found the seeds that means he went through your mail to attain them. Relax man the balls in your court and if you play it smart you can't loose.Quote:

If you buy them in person, you're fine, if you ordered them online...you're fine as well...you can order any illegal/legal drug online with no problems...so seeds aren't shit really. No THC anyway.
