Layman's Detox Methods

Aloha everyone, pura vida! I am new here and this is my first topic so i thought id make it a good one that wil be useful in the future.

Id like to see a experienced indivudal use this tread to post basic layman's methods of detoxing themselves for all the days common drugs, not the creative and incredibly in depth shit these college grads are pulling out of their asses, with their fukcing root of an asian bush that i ahve to buy online and make tea out of blahblahblah.

I need somehting we highschoolers can use before the end of the week so the grocery store will hire us and we can buy more grass.

Most obvious and easy is to drink a shitload of water evry day as much as possible, but this isnt that good for those of us who ahve to go to school every day for 2 hour classes.

so im looking for easy solutions to geting cleared for basic urine test, spit test and so on, for such drugs such as marijuana, erb laced with pcp and such, coke, acid, and extacy and so on.

All drinking water does is dilute your urine, drink the day of the test and piss as much as you can before you go...doing it a week in advance doesn't help much. Drink cranberry and/or grapefruit juice if you can too or take a vitamin b12 supplement to return to color to your pee. If you have a couple weeks until your test you should quit smoking or at least cut back and exercise up until a week before the test which will speed up your metabolism and the rate at which thc metabolites are excreted. Stop excercising the week before so any other metabolites will remain trapped in your fat cells. Then start drinking water the day of the test, take vitamin b12 or drink juices and during the test give them the piss from the middle of your urination (pee a few seconds, then fill your cup, then finish).

alright that sounds easy enough... are you sure about teh grapefruit, someone else said that was a bad idea i think...
