Bonide Insecticidal Soap - Instructions are very vague?
All I am finding for instructions on the bottle is to use a foilar spray, but the guy at the hydro store told me to dip the plants (the pots\soil of the plants) directly into the soap, and then place them back under the lights. I am guessing you dont let the soap touch leaves or do you dunk the entire plant into it? A bit confused here. Has anyone used this method? I am going to give it a shot but I wanted to get the okay prior to trying it out. How much soap do I use for a gallon or so of the soap?
Thanks.

I have never used that stuff as a dunk, but in my experience if you are using a foliar product for a dunk instead, you want to dilute it WAY down!!! Like, take the given dilution and then dilute it by 4-5x again!
Honestly unless you are trying to be all organic and shit, get your butt to home dePOT and get the Raid pyrethrin-only bug bombs, blue and yellow package, like $7 for 3 of them. No other chemicals, just pyrethrin. Works great, gets out of the air in 4 hours.

Works alot better eh? I really would like to avoid using the lady bugs if at all possible, I really don't want them all over my freaking house. I havent spotted many bugs since using the soap, but it's kind of a pain in the ass to spray each and every plant from top to bottom. Perhaps I should try the Raid Pyrethrin you speak of.
