stained teeth solutions?

I love coffee. I mean I adore coffee. I drink it in just about every form I can get it in. Come to think about it I eat it alot too. The problem is my teeth get stained. I brush and brush but to no avail. Does anyone have any solutions?

Use extra whitening toothpaste, use the bleach mouth wash, get your teeth whitened profeesionally, floss, use baking soda and peroxide, and finally use those colgate white strips. It's what I do.

I have kids, I'm lucky to have time to brush.

Of course I do. Im a bit of a teeth addict. I take uber good care of them. Nothing freaks me out more than bad teeth. Ick.

Through my dentist I was able to purchase a lifetime bleaching kit. They did molds of my teeth and gave me a rubbery plasticy clear tray thing that fits my teeth perfect...and everytime I go in and get my teeth cleaned they give me more of the bleaching stuff.

It was only 99$....it's pretty sweeeeeeet. Does the trick DAMN good.:hippy: :hippy:

i just brush right after drinking the coffee or rinse my teeth out if im not at home. my teeth are stained, but no more than they were when i was about 12 years old. all the bleach related whitening stuff like those white strips and pretty much any whitening solution that actually works are bad for your teeth. and to me pain in your teeth is the worst kind of pain there is after in the nutsack so im not taking the risk. if i had badly stained teeth i would but they are just like normal stained you know.

or just get a sonicare toothbrush, they cost like $120 for a sweet one, but there the best thing invented. Haven't had one cavity and I got pearly whites! Just my two cents. :) Reb Girl, how do you use Baking soda and Peroxide? You just put it into your mouth or what?

its ironic because nothing freaks me out more than bleached teeth.

baking soda works for me

common tooth applicants contain FLOURIDE and GLYCERIN both harm your teeth and don't allow the enamel or enzyme to do its job.
