Fear and No High

I don't know how much I need to smoke anymore. In the early years it just came naturally and I would get totally and clearly 'high' for a period of time. I would feel good and have only occasional paranoia moments that quickly passed.

Now I do one cone (about 2/3 of a bowl) and start feeling 'out of it'. Already there's a nervousness (why!?) but I proceed on. After a second one there's more fear, I feel more intoxicated (but not happy) and more fearful. I don't know if I need to smoke more or if I've smoked too much.

I've had similar results with different strains and in different locations and settings. I took a 6 month break and returned to it and got the same results.

There's got to be something fun and attractive remaining about the 'highs' because I still seem to need and use the stuff as much as ever. Perhaps just being 'out of it' is an escapist comfort, something for me to think about :stoned: .

Has anyone else experienced anything like this?

Yeah I used to experience things sometwhat similar to what you just described. I really matters what mind state you have before you toke, gotta have a stable open minded positive mindset and MJ will reward you like before :jointsmile:

I have highs quite like that before. You know your baked but not exactly in a good way. The paranoia got you thinking the whole world is watching you :P

Although the only time I get like that is from a heavy indica... stick to satvias you should be set :D My favorite kind of high comes from a sativa anyways so I don't mind!

i NEVER get paranoid when high, its the weirdest thing. cause right now im baked as shit and my parents are home and im around them and im totally fine. and all my friends are always so scared i dont get it lol
