mylar?

I'm making a reflector for my cooltube, can I glue mylar to some carboard and cut to shape? Is mylar too reflective and burn my plants?

from what ive heard, no mylar actually works pretty good, as long as its not like an inch away from your plant there shouldnt be any burns

If not just use flat white paint... Easier and almost just as good
