Possible to order seeds through UPS?

Ok well I just ordered some seeds for the second time and it failed because I just found out they cant send seeds through ups or fed-ex and now the order is not comming through etc. The first time I ordred the seeds they never arrived because it was through standard international mail or whatever and where I live its not possible to get regular mail.. its only possible to get stuff in through ups or fed-ex. So I was wondering if any of you guys know a reliable seed company that ships seed through ups or fedex or dhl or whatever and have ordered from them before. Please..
