Help design my cab.

I dont know much about anything when it comes to growing. I HAVE learned alot of things just from reading this site and using the search function. I recently got ahold of a cab that I can use for this little project. What do you guys/gals recommend for the space, lighting, ventilation. I have a few ideas but maybe you have some better ones.

As far as light in flowering I'm thinking 400w HPS cooltube while for vegging I'm just going to use some CFL's. Spacing you can see from the pic is the only way I could get all three rooms in there. Or should I just combine the clone/mother room?

Ventilation I know I'm going to need for the tube but that shouldnt be that hard for me to figure out (I hope). Don't even get me started on nutes (will cross that bridge soon).
