I'm coming to the end of my veg and I want to get all the extra growth cleaned out before I stop the nitrogen and 24/0. What do I cut? As you can see the plant is semi supercropped and has been fimmed. Any advice would be helpful.

Hello your plant is very bushy but I dont think you will want to remove any of the leaves unless there dead. Because the plant is going to use them as a soure of food and also use the fan leaves for sugar production (for buds) during flowering. You might want to take some yarn and gently open the plant up some that way the deeper parts of the plant recieve more light. Also what size/type of light do you use? Your plant looks bushy but short, how tall is it? That will factor into how far the light will penetrate the plants canopy.
I'm using a hortilux metal ace with a modified waterfarm top flow hydro setup. I put the plant about a foot away from the light and have been bending and training the entire plant in every direction. I am planning on using bushmaster if it even starts to stretch under the weak ass 400. The bush is on purpose, but as you can see, there is a lot of growth coming from all the main nodes. I have been told by a friend to trim any new growth off the main branches, but leave all the rest..ie, leaves. Should I just leave the plant alone and let it do it's thing, or am I going to end up with a whole bunch of lil buds when I could have consolidated the flowering growth to the main branches? The plant is about a 1 1/2 feet tall, by 1 1/2 feet wide
what kind of light are you using. if your using that will get some nice canopy penetration i wouldnt cut anything. But if your using some not as intense i would cut all the lower buds that you dont think will get enough light.:twocents:Quote:
