i think that is done so just anyone cant post stuff in there and that posts are put there by the mods when something is deemed to go there...if that makes sense...at least that is what i have always thought....i could be wrong, almost always am....

No your not, your almost always right - and that does make sense. I never thought about that. I dont think about alot of things - but it makes it easier for my brain to handle - more than one thought and i short out. And you have a new avatar!:D
