They should have them at Wal-Mart. If they don't try Spencers Gifts if you live near one, or the internet if you need to.
Headshops do have them, but not all.

Wal*Mart, Spencers, Hot Topic. Sometimes Target.
We have a bad ass headshop called Penny Lane here in town that has all your blacklight and blacklight accessories, so I wouldn't really know.
