3part Gh nutrient system?

Hello all just purchased the 3part GH nutrient system since it was reccomended by a good friend of mine to give great results....I have 4 plants that are 2 weeks old and wanted to know what is the reccomended dosage for each formula I have the gh micro....gh grow...and gh floral bloom.....any help from the veterans would be greatly appreciated.....;)
